The OCTAPAD SPD-20 PRO updates Roland's long-running percussion pad with modern sound design while keeping the familiar 8-pad layout drummers already know. Every original SPD-20 sound carries over, joined by an expanded library of 900+ instruments and world percussion, giving players electronic kicks, snares, cymbals and hand-percussion sounds side by side on the same pad. Four external trigger inputs and a dedicated hi-hat control jack mean the SPD-20 PRO integrates directly into an acoustic kit as a supplementary sound source, not just a standalone pad. Up to 32 sounds can be layered per pad, and 200 kits (100 ready to play) are organized into 16-step kit chains, so a full arrangement of sound changes can be sequenced through a set rather than triggered manually. Wave Music India sources every SPD-20 PRO through Roland's authorized distribution channel, so the full Roland India manufacturer warranty applies — register within 30 days of purchase to activate coverage.
