The LP Custom FM is Hertz's single-cutaway take on the classic set-neck-style guitar, built around a flamed maple top over an Okoume body for a visual step up from a flat-finish entry guitar at a similar price. A Canadian maple neck and dual H-H humbuckers give a fuller, warmer output than a typical single-coil beginner guitar, suited to rock and blues players who want sustain and body from the instrument itself. Wilkinson vintage tuners and a chrome bridge keep tuning stable, and the 3-way toggle with independent volume and tone per pickup gives real tonal range between the neck and bridge positions rather than a single fixed voice.
